1. Services Provided
OW Authentic offers the following services:

Reputation Management
: Automated review reactivation campaigns, guaranteeing 20+ high-rating reviews within a 20-day free trial.
Community Support
: Donation of one meal for each review received during campaigns.
Customer Follow-Ups
: Automated workflows for SMS and email communications.
Reactivation Campaigns
: Reactivation of customer bases using SMS and email via toll-free or other numbers. We utilize third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel to deliver these services.

2. Free Trial Terms
The 20-day free trial guarantees at least 20 high-rating reviews. No upfront fees are required. Payment is only due after the promised results are delivered. If results are not achieved as outlined, you owe nothing.

3. Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information
: Provide accurate customer data necessary for executing campaigns.
Compliance: Ensure all information and actions comply with local laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws.
No Misuse: Prohibited activities include providing fake reviews or engaging in fraudulent actions.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is only required upon the successful delivery of the guaranteed results.Future payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement following the free trial, if applicable.
